Christopher Bohan

Associate Teacher

Christopher M. Bohan is an actor, teacher, and director who resides in the Cleveland area. He teaches acting for the undergraduate theater program at Case Western Reserve University, and for the CWRU/CPH MFA program.

He recently made his Cleveland Play House debut as Mr. Bennet and Charlotte Lucas in Kate Hamill’s Pride and Prejudice directed by Michael Barakiva. He began his relationship with the Michael Chekhov technique in 2002 in workshops with Cathy Albers, then went on to study the technique at Wayne State University under Lavinia Hart and James Luse.

He was a student in the inaugural class of GLMCC. He earned his MFA from Wayne State University, a BA in theater and economics from Lehigh University, and is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.

Favorite credits include Doubt, The Pitman Painters and Glengarry Glen Ross (opposite Austin Pendleton) at The Beck Center, and How to be A Respectable Junkie, Peter and the Starcatchers, The Lyons, and The Flick at Dobama. Recent film appearances in Unsinkable and Lost and Found in Cleveland.
